This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit, technically necessary data (IP address, time, page requested, browser) is processed in server logs to deliver and secure the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Processing is governed by Netlify's Data Processing Addendum, which forms part of Netlify's terms of service and constitutes the processor agreement under Art. 28 GDPR; the safeguards agreed there also cover transfers to the USA.

When you send an enquiry through the form, we process company, name, email address, phone number and message to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Transmission runs through the form service of our host Netlify. We delete the data once the enquiry is closed and no statutory retention duties apply.

This website contains links to WhatsApp (wa.me). A connection to WhatsApp Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland is only established once you click such a link; your IP address and further connection data are then transmitted to WhatsApp. If you go on to write to us, we process your mobile number, your profile name and the content of your message in order to handle your request or order (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). WhatsApp belongs to the Meta group of companies and also processes data in the USA; we have no influence over that processing, and the details are governed by WhatsApp's privacy policy. You can reach us equally by phone, by email or through the contact form.

We store only your cookie choice in your browser's local storage. Statistics or marketing services load only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25 TDDDG). None are embedded at present. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR), and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information. You may withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future.
